混合式注水防尘降温技术

    Dust Control and Cooling Technology of Hybrid Water Injection

    • 摘要: 为了有效降低综放工作面粉尘浓度及温度,设计了混合式注水方式,即在动压区采用静压注水,静压区采用动压注水,并根据东滩煤矿1305综放工作面的煤层状况,进行了注水钻孔布置、设备选型、现场煤层注水试验及注水效果测定。试验结果表明,煤层含水率较注水前平均增加了1.6%,工作面煤体湿润半径约为7.3 m;落煤、移架处的降尘率平均达到了70%左右;注水后工作面温度平均降低1.1 ℃,混合式注水技术有效地湿润了煤体,取得了良好的的防尘、降温效果。

       

      Abstract: In order to reduce the dust concentration and the temperature of the fully-mechanized face, the hybrid water injection, namely using static pressure water infusion in dynamic pressure area and dynamic pressure water infusion in static pressure area, was designed. According to the condition of the fully-mechanized caving face in Dongtan Coal Mine, layout of drill holes was ensured, equipments were selected, and field application was carried out. The results show that the moisture content of the coal inreases 1.6% averagely, and the wetted radius of the coal is 7.3 m; the average dedusting rate at the coal drop and moving support positions is about 70% averagely; the temperature in the working face reduces 1.1 ℃, which indicates that the hybrid water injection wets the coal effectively, and achieves good dedusting and cooling effects.
