Abstract:
In order to explore the influence of internal factors of coal spontaneous combustion on the coal spontaneous combustion based on the thermo-gravimetric analysis, it obtained the characteristic parameters (activation energy, oxygen uptake, characteristic temperature points, and spontaneous combustion period) of six coal samples under the 10 ℃/min heating rate. The results showed that: as the coal oxygen element increasing, the period of coal spontaneous combustion was shorter, but the coal oxygen uptake appeared the trend that it first increased and then decreased, the coal activation energy and the combustion characteristic temperature points became smaller. The results indicated that the coal oxygen uptake was not proportional to the oxygen element content, the coal oxygen uptake had an optimal concentration value. And the oxygen element was not the only factor to affect the coal characteristic temperature points, it could be associated with other factors. Thus it was necessary to further study the impact of internal factors of coal on the coal spontaneous combustion.
