沁水盆地郑庄井田煤层气分段压裂水平井开发技术

    Development technology of coalbed methane horizontal wells with staged fracturing in Zhengzhuang Field of Qinshui Basin

    • 摘要: 为实现煤层气低成本、高效开发,基于郑庄井田3#煤层和15#煤层特征,提出了煤层中非固井L型分段压裂水平井强化开采煤层气技术方法。数值模拟结果表明:水力喷射压裂能产生1.5~2.0 MPa的环空封隔效果和3.5~4.5 MPa的孔内增压效果,可满足非固井水平井环空防窜流和定点压裂的目的。为解决非固井煤层气水平井钻完井、压裂改造和排采技术难题,研究形成了 “优质、快速、安全”钻完井,带底封的连续油管快速拖动喷射-压裂联作分段压裂,“大排量、大液量、中砂比”活性水压裂增产改造和L型水平井精细化排采控制4项核心关键技术。实践证明,煤层中非固井分段压裂水平井开发煤层气技术在郑庄井田实现规模化开发应用,并取得了煤层气开发技术和高产气量的双重突破。

       

      Abstract: Based on the characteristics of the No.3 coal seam and No.15 coal seam in Zhengzhuang Field and the need for low-cost and high-efficiency development of coalbed methane, a technical method for enhancing coalbed methane mining in non-cemented L-type staged fracturing horizontal wells in coal seams is proposed. The numerical simulation results show that hydraulic jet fracturing can produce 1.5-2.0 MPa annular sealing effect and 3.5-4.5 MPa hole pressurization effect, which can meet the purpose of annular air anti-channeling and fixed-point fracturing in the non-cemented horizontal wells. In view of the construction technology problems in drilling and completion, fracturing and drainage of non-cemented coalbed methane horizontal wells, four core key technologies have been explored, including “high-quality, fast and safe” drilling and completion technology, coiled tubing with bottom seal fast dragging jet-fracturing combined staged fracturing technology, “large displacement, large-scale, medium-sand ratio” active water fracturing stimulation technology, L-shaped horizontal well fine drainage control technology. Practice has proved that the non-cementing staged fracturing horizontal well development technology for coalbed methane has achieved large-scale application in Zhengzhuang Field, and achieved a double breakthrough in coalbed methane development technology and high gas production.
