Abstract:
In order to realize green, safe and efficient mining in open-pit coal mines, water cut-off curtain as a new technology of energy saving, carbon reduction and water conservation, has been continuously applied to open-pit coal mines. The cut-off curtain of open-pit coal mine belongs to underground concealed engineering construction, and its construction quality is directly related to the effect of seepage interception and emission reduction. Taking Zhanihe and Yuanbaoshan open-pit coal mine water cut-off curtain as examples, this paper summarizes the test methods for the effect of water cut-off curtain, puts forward seven effect test methods, such as cross hole sonic logging method, coring verification method and pumping (injection) test method, and constructs an “seven in one” effect test method system applied to different stages of water cut-off curtain construction, which can comprehensively test the integrity of wall pouring and obtain the wall permeability coefficient, judge the leakage range of the wall, evaluate the ecological effect of the curtain, provide data support for the wall leakage repair, and provide technical parameters for evaluating the seepage interception effect of the water interception curtain.
