高温矿井输冷管路的水量利用率测试分析
Test and Analysis on the Water Utilization Ratio of Chilled Water Pipelines in the High Temperature Mine

摘要: 通过对山东唐口煤矿井下开式供水闭式回水复合供水管路系统冷水水量的测试,分析了井下有效供水水量及水量利用率。结果表明,各采区有效供水水量低且水量波动范围大,全矿冷水水量利用率平均不足40%,有效水量不足64 m3/h;同时,该方式存在降温与非降温作业需水量难于同时满足、降温用水供需不一致等问题。随着采区的开拓冷水水量利用率将进一步降低,降温用水更难以保证,为提高水量利用率,该降温供水方式亟待改善。Abstract: Through the test for the chilled water flow of the composite water supply pipeline system with open-supply and close-return in Tangkou Coal Mine underground of Shandong Province, it analyzed the effective water supply and water utilization ratio underground. The results showed that the effective water supply was insufficient and the water fluctuating range was large, the average utilization ratio of the chilled water was not over 40% for the whole mine, and the effective water flow was not over 64 m3/h. At the same time, this way had some problems, such as the water requirement for cooling and non-cooling operations were difficult to meet simultaneously, and the supply and the demand for cooling water were not consistent. It pointed out that the utilization ratio for cooling water would further decrease, and the cooling water would be more difficult to meet with the mining area pioneering. So it was urgent to improve the supply way for cooling in order to increase the water utilization ratio.
