霍林河北露天煤矿相邻采区转向时期煤柱安全回采及内排空间优化研究

    Study on safety coal pillar mining and internal dump space optimization of adjacent mining area in turning period in Huolinhe North Open-pit Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 基于霍林河北露天煤矿开采条件和开发现状,针对露天煤矿实际生产中相邻采区转向过渡、采区间煤柱回采、内排土场空间紧张等难题;分析了采场-内排土场复合边坡稳定性,采用内排压脚、随采随排、及时压帮的方式解决内排土场滑坡区域带来的边坡安全隐患问题,确定了采区间煤柱区域最终开采形态和开采方式,提高煤炭资源回收率;详细规划了采区转向过渡时期的采剥工程计划,优化内排土场排弃空间,避免发生外排占地,为露天煤矿安全高效生产提供了保障。

       

      Abstract: Based on the mining conditions and development status of Huolinhe North Open-pit Coal Mine, in view of the problems of adjacent coal mining area steering, coal column mining in the mining section, tight of the inner dump space, the stability of composite slope of stope-inner dump is analyzed to solve the potential slope safety problems caused by the landslide area of internal drainage pressing foot, mining and timely pressing slope, determine the final mining form and mining mode of the coal pillar area in the mining section, improve the coal resource recovery rate, the mining and stripping project plan during the transition period of the mining area is planned in detail, and the inner dumping space is optimized to avoid the outer dumping area, which provides guarantee for the safe and efficient production of open-pit coal mine.
