回采巷道防冲卸压与围岩大变形协调控制技术

    Coordinated control technology for anti-impact pressure relief of mining roadway and large deformation of surrounding rock

    • 摘要: 以义桥煤矿3305工作面复杂条件回采巷道为工程背景,针对复杂应力条件下回采巷道冲击地压防治及围岩大变形控制难题,开展了防冲卸压与围岩变形协调控制方面的研究;从控制围岩稳定性角度出发,提出了巷道围岩锚固层卸压钻孔局部充填强化技术。理论分析表明:实施钻孔回填能有效减小钻孔周围煤体的破坏范围。进一步通过数值模拟确定了卸压与加固协同控制的钻孔充填关键参数。现场实践表明:采用大直径钻孔局部充填技术可以在实现煤体卸压的同时,实现巷道围岩稳定性控制的目的,有效降低了巷道使用期间的变形量和返修次数,相较于未实施钻孔回填,施工钻孔回填后,巷道两帮最大移近量减小了57.2%。

       

      Abstract: The mining roadway under complex conditions was taken as the project background in No.3305 working face of Yiqiao Coal Mine, and the research on the coordinated control was carried out for anti-impact pressure relief and surrounding rock deformation on account of the problems of rock burst prevention and surrounding rock deformation control in mining roadway under complex stress conditions. A local filling and strengthening technique was proposed for the pressure relief drilling in the anchorage seam of roadway surrounding rock from the perspective of controlling the stability of the surrounding rock. Theoretical analysis showed that the borehole backfilling can reduce the damage range of coal body around borehole effectively. The key parameters of the borehole filling were determined about the coordinated control of pressure relief and reinforcement through numerical simulation. The field practice showed that the local filling technology of large diameter borehole could achieve the stability control of roadway surrounding rock while realizing the coal body pressure relief, and effectively reduce the deformation and repair times of roadway during use. Compared with no borehole backfilling, the maximum amount of two sides for the roadway was reduced 57.2% after the construction of the borehole backfilling.
