Abstract:
In order to effectively control the seepage and water leakage problem of inclined shaft of coal mine in water-rich loose strata, protect groundwater resources and eliminate the safety hazard of the shaft, the characteristics analysis of seepage and water leakage of inclined shaft of coal mine in water-rich loose strata, the research of shaft seepage and water leakage control and reinforcement technology were carried out, and the demonstration application was carried out. The results show that: the loose layer in the western mining area was thick. The permeability coefficient was large. The water rich was strong. And the phenomenon of shaft seepage and water leakage was easy to occur. The seepage and water leakage were mostly located at the crack of shaft bottom plate, the joint between the bottom plate and the waist wall, the crack or pore of the arch. Through vertical drilling or inclined drilling, the lateral cut-off curtain was built around the inclined shaft, which could isolate the water in the water-rich loose layer from the shaft. The lateral cut-off curtain could cut off the hydraulic connection between them, and reduce the water gushing and seepage of the shaft. The grouting behind the wall could fully fill the holes and voids formed by water gusher and sand carrying around the inclined shaft. So that the rock and soil bodies around the shaft were in a stable state and the shaft was under uniform force. The treatment results of the water-rich loose layer leakage section in the secondary inclined shaft of Tuotuoshan Coal Mine show that the lateral curtain of the jet grouting pile in the inclined shaft had high water cutting efficiency and good effect. The water inflow in the shaft decreased from 31.2 m3/h before treatment to 1.75 m3/h, which was 94.39% less than that before treatment. The groundwater level around the shaft rose and the falling funnel basically disappeared. The method of combination of jet pile curtain and grouting behind wall effectively could solve the problem of water leakage in inclined shaft of coal mine with rich and loose strata.
