新型矿井热害防治措施初探

    Preliminary Investigation for the New Thermal Hazard Prevention and Control Measure of Mine

    • 摘要: 提出一种新的矿井热害防治措施,并简要分析了其经济性和可行性。先在巷道围岩上覆盖一层隔热材料,再在这层隔热材料上安装换热袋,袋内有蛇形管道,管内以空气作为空气压缩制冷装置的工作介质,管外充适量水以增强降温效果。隔热材料的覆盖一方面增加了围岩导热热阻,减少围岩散热量,另一方面避免了换热袋直接贴在围岩上影响制冷效果。换热袋的设置进一步阻碍围岩散热的同时,降低对流换热系数,减少了对流换热量,冷却井下风流,并将高温围岩的热辐射转变成低温换热袋的热辐射。另外,同其它制冷剂相比,空气不仅质量轻、无毒害,不会产生新的问题,而且完全免费,大大降低了成本。

       

      Abstract: In this paper, it proposed a new prevention and control measure of mine heat hazard, and analyzed its economy and feasibility briefly. First covered the roadway surrounding rock with a layer of insulation material, then installed the heat exchange bag upon this layer of insulation material, there was a snake-like tube in the bag. Air was used as the working medium of the air compression refrigeration device in the tube; appropriate amount of water was used to enhance the cooling effect outside the tube. On the one hand, the coverage of the insulation material increased the thermal resistance of surrounding rock, reduced the heat dissipation of surrounding rock; on the other hand, it avoided the heat exchange bag directly attached to the surrounding rock to affect the cooling effect. The setting of heat exchange bag further hindered the heat dissipation of surrounding rock. At the same time, it decreased the convective heat transfer coefficient, reduced the convection heat transfer, and cooled the airflow underground, it changed the high-temperature thermal radiation of surrounding rocks into the thermal radiation of the low-temperature heat exchange bags. In addition, comparing with other refrigerants, air was not only light, non-toxic, did not produce new problems, but also it was free, reduced the cost greatly.
