Abstract:
In this paper, it proposed a new prevention and control measure of mine heat hazard, and analyzed its economy and feasibility briefly. First covered the roadway surrounding rock with a layer of insulation material, then installed the heat exchange bag upon this layer of insulation material, there was a snake-like tube in the bag. Air was used as the working medium of the air compression refrigeration device in the tube; appropriate amount of water was used to enhance the cooling effect outside the tube. On the one hand, the coverage of the insulation material increased the thermal resistance of surrounding rock, reduced the heat dissipation of surrounding rock; on the other hand, it avoided the heat exchange bag directly attached to the surrounding rock to affect the cooling effect. The setting of heat exchange bag further hindered the heat dissipation of surrounding rock. At the same time, it decreased the convective heat transfer coefficient, reduced the convection heat transfer, and cooled the airflow underground, it changed the high-temperature thermal radiation of surrounding rocks into the thermal radiation of the low-temperature heat exchange bags. In addition, comparing with other refrigerants, air was not only light, non-toxic, did not produce new problems, but also it was free, reduced the cost greatly.
