基于SOR模型的煤矿工人违章行为分析

    • 摘要: 以某煤矿违章记录作为数据基础,从违章月份、违章班次、违章工种、违章类型4个角度入手,分析了“刺激S(Stimulus) -有机体O(Organism)-反应R(Response)”模型视角下煤矿人员违章行为的形成原因及过程,构建了煤矿工人违章行为分析的SOR模型,其中刺激变量(S)为影响煤矿人员违章行为外部刺激与内部刺激因素群,个体违章需要、违章动机与违章心理作为有机体的心理感受和态度(O),违章行为作为反应(R)。研究证实了SOR理论是一种解释煤矿人员违章行为的有效理论,可为落实安全心理学视角下的煤矿工人违章行为分析模式、有效杜绝员工违章意愿的发生和减少安全生产事故提供新方法。

       

      Abstract: Based on the violation records of a coal mine, this paper analyzes the causes and process of the violation behavior of coal mine personnel under the “stimulus-organism-response” model from the perspectives of violation month, violation shift, violation type and violation type. Secondly, the SOR model of coal mine violation behavior is constructed based on the SOR model. The stimulating variables are the influencing factors of coal mine personnel’s violation behavior. Individual violation needs, violation motivation and violation psychology are regarded as the psychological feelings and attitudes of organisms, and violation behavior is regarded as the response. The research confirms that SOR theory is an effective theory to explain the violation behavior of coal mine personnel, which provides a new method for implementing the analysis mode of violation behavior of coal mine from the perspective of safety psychology, so as to effectively eliminate the occurrence of violation intention of employees, reduce safety production accidents.
