瓦斯监测分站高速信号传输故障分析与处理

    Analysis and treatment of high-speed signal transmission faults in gas monitoring substations

    • 摘要: 针对瓦斯监测分站传输数据错误、网络端口频繁掉线进而影响整个工业以太网冗余环网传输故障的问题,通过对高速信号设计的长度及布局方式等方面研究,解决了高速信号传输线不等长、阻抗不匹配等设计疏漏导致的网络传输故障的问题;从故障现象、Web网页故障记录以及交换机底层交换数据分析原因,对高速差分信号线的理论原理及布局进行更改硬件电路。室内试验以及现场反馈表明:更改后的矿用分站高速信号相位保持一致、阻抗一致,通信恢复正常,有效解决了现场故障问题。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at the problems of data transmission errors in gas monitoring sub-stations and frequent disconnection of network ports, which affects the transmission failure of the entire industrial Ethernet redundant ring network, by studying the length and layout of high-speed signal design, the problems of network transmission faults caused by design omissions such as unequal length of high-speed signal transmission lines and impedance mismatch are solved. From the fault phenomenon, Web page fault records and the underlying switch data to analyze the cause, the theoretical principle and layout of high-speed differential signal line to change the hardware circuit. The hardware circuit of the theory and layout of the high-speed differential signal line is changed. The laboratory test and field feedback show that the phase and impedance of the high-speed signal of the modified mine sub-station are consistent, and the communication is restored to normal, which effectively solves the on-site fault problem.
