具有自诊断功能的矿用断电器设计

    Design of mine breaker with self-diagnosis function

    • 摘要: 针对矿用触点检测馈电断电器输出接线错误,导致煤矿安全监控系统无法准确感知被控对象断电状态问题,介绍了一种基于固定频率直流脉冲的自诊断功能电路;给出了电路原理,设计了固频直流脉冲信号发生器和触点脉冲融合信号检测电路,同时从馈电断电检测流程和接线状态自诊断流程2方面介绍了自诊断断电器程序设计。具有自诊断功能的矿用断电器可有效识别断电器输出接线错误,保证馈电信号可信度。

       

      Abstract: Aim at the problem that a coal mine safety monitoring system cannot accurately sense the power-off state of a controlled object due to the fact that the output wire of a mine-used contact detection feed breaker is wrong, this paper introduces a self-diagnosis circuit based on fixed frequency DC pulse, gives the circuit principle, designs the fixed frequency DC pulse signal generator and contact pulse fusion signal detection circuit, and introduces the program design of self-diagnosis breaker from two aspects of feed power-off detection process and wiring state self-diagnosis process. The mining breaker with surface self-diagnosis function can effectively identify the output wiring error of the breaker and ensure the reliability of the feed signal.
