选煤厂并行带式输送机运转系统煤尘污染规律研究

    Study of coal dust pollution law of parallel belt conveyor running system in coal processing plant

    • 摘要: 为了解决选煤厂并行带式输送机运转系统粉尘污染问题,使用k-ε湍流模型和COMSOL软件,建立了黄玉川选煤厂并行带式输送机运转系统数值模型,计算获得了其风流的分布规律;分析诱导气流及走廊风速对其风流场的影响,确定了选煤厂并行带式输送机运转系统粉尘污染的风流影响机理。研究表明:走廊风速大小直接决定系统风流场的流速,走廊风速越大整个系统风流速度越大;诱导气流的大小决定风流场为单涡流风流场、双涡流风流场或无涡流风流场。针对性的提出方案减少因产生涡流导致粉尘污染严重的问题,设计针对性湿式降尘方案,并在黄玉川选煤厂安装使用,车间内全尘及呼尘降尘效率均达到90%以上。

       

      Abstract: In order to solve the dust pollution problem of the parallel belt conveyor running system of the coal processing plant, a numerical model of the parallel belt conveyor running system of Huangyuchuan coal processing plant was established using the k-ε turbulence model and COMSOL software to calculate the distribution law of its wind flow, analyze the influence of the induced airflow and corridor wind speed on its wind flow field, and determine the mechanism of wind flow influence on dust pollution of the parallel belt conveyor running system of the coal processing plant. The study shows that the corridor wind speed directly determines the flow velocity of the system, the larger the corridor wind speed, the greater the velocity of the whole system; the size of the induced airflow determines whether the wind flow field is a single vortex field, a double vortex field or a vortex-free field. Targeted solutions are proposed to reduce the problem of serious dust pollution caused by the generation of vortex, and the targeted wet dust reduction solution is designed and installed in Huangyuchuan coal processing plant, where the dust reduction efficiency of both the full dust and the respirable dust in the workshop has reached over 90%.
