基于气幕屏蔽的掘进工作面通风除尘参数优化研究

    Study on optimization of ventilation and dust removal parameters in heading face based on air curtain shielding

    • 摘要: 为了改善掘进工作面产尘量大,通风排尘污染其他巷道的问题,在现有长压短抽式通风基础上,提出气幕阻尘结合长压短抽联合除尘方案,并采用数值模拟软件以及现场实验的方式对除尘参数进行分析。研究结果表明:当压风量为330 m3/min、压抽比为0.75时,抽出式除尘风机距离工作面距离为3~4 m时控尘效果较好;但掘进机操控区域距尘源较近,为了尽可能减少粉尘流经掘进机操控区总量,在掘进机操控区前方0.5 m处设置气幕,空气幕发生器出口风速为15 m/s时控尘效果最好,降尘率可以达到90%以上。

       

      Abstract: In order to solve the problem of large dust production in the heading face and the pollution of other roadways by ventilation and dust discharge, based on the existing long pressure and short extraction ventilation, the combined dedusting scheme of air curtain dust prevention combined with long pressure and short extraction ventilation is proposed. The results show that when the pressure air volume is 330 m3/min and the pressure extraction ratio is 0.75, the dust control effect is better when the distance between the extraction dust removal fan and the working face is 3-4 m; however, the tunnel boring machine control area is close to the dust source. In order to better reduce the total amount of dust flowing through the tunnel boring machine control area, an air curtain is set 0.5 m in front of the tunnel boring machine control area. When the outlet wind speed of air curtain generator is 15 m/s, the dust control effect is the best, and the dust reduction rate can reach more than 90%.
