切顶卸压自动成巷无煤柱开采切缝钻机关键技术

    Key technology of cutting seam drill rig for automatic roadway forming by roof cutting and pressure relief without coal pillar

    • 摘要: 为解决切顶卸压无煤柱开采技术顶板预裂钻孔成孔效率低、钻孔角度调节偏差大、钻孔保直率差等问题,研制了ZDY2-300LM型切缝钻机,研究了切缝钻机的结构布局、车体平台、调角装置、施工钻具、水路系统和液压系统的关键技术和设计要点。进行了空载试验和负载试验,型式试验结果表明钻机各项指标满足设计要求。进行了3个煤矿井下试验,钻孔累计进尺近50 000 m,井下试验结果表明:钻机满足切顶卸压无煤柱开采技术顶板预裂钻孔施工要求,并取得了良好的切顶卸压效果,有效解决了顶板预裂钻孔施工缺乏专用、可靠设备难题;且钻机具备施工作业高效、钻孔间距调节范围广、钻孔角度参数调节多,机身窄小及较好的钻孔保直率等显著特点。

       

      Abstract: In order to solve the problems such as low efficiency, large deviation of drilling angle adjustment and poor directness of drilling in roof pre-splitting drilling technology, ZDY2-300LM slot-cutting drill was developed. The key technologies and design points of the structure layout, car body platform, angle adjusting device, and construction drilling tools, waterway system and hydraulic system of slit drilling rig are studied. According to the type test, no-load test and load test are carried out respectively, and the results show that the indexes of the drill meet the design requirements. Through three underground coal mine tests, the cumulative drilling footage of nearly 50 000 m, the test shows that: drilling rig meets roof pre-splitting hole construction requirements by roof cutting pressure relief mining technology without pillar, and has obtained the good effect of cutting roof pressure relief, effectively solves the roof pre-splitting hole construction lack of dedicated, reliable equipment problems; moreover, the drilling machine has the characteristics of efficient construction, wide adjustment range of hole spacing, more adjustment of borehole angle parameters, narrow fuselage and better borehole protection.
