基于多源数据融合的煤矿安全态势感知分析平台研究

    Research on coal mine safety situation awareness analysis platform based on multi-source data fusion

    • 摘要: 为满足矿山智能化建设要求,实现矿井减人、增安、提效,采用“平台+端”与微服务结合的模式,设计并实现了基于多源数据融合的煤矿安全态势感知分析平台;通过多协议适配实现矿井安全风险数据集成,建立数据可信度量分析指标,实现安全风险数据质量判识;基于中性参照对象建立风险评价指标体系,构建公司、矿井两级风险评判模型,实现风险量化分级评价;建立监测数据特征图谱,实现矿井典型异常自动识别,采用GIS技术与空间插值技术实现安全态势可视化分析。现场应用表明,该平台提高了矿井安全风险辨识能力与风险异常处置能力,为煤矿安全生产提供保障。

       

      Abstract: In order to meet the requirements of mine intelligent construction, reduce personnel, increase safety and improve efficiency, a coal mine safety situation awareness analysis platform based on multi-source data fusion is designed and implemented by using the mode of “platform + end”and micro service. Through multi -protocol adaptation, coal mine safety risk data integration is realized, data credibility measurement and analysis indicators are established, and safety risk data quality identification is realized. Based on the neutral reference object, the platform establishes the risk evaluation index system, builds the two -level risk evaluation model of the company and the mine, realizes the risk quantitative and hierarchical evaluation, establishes the characteristic map of monitoring data, realizes the automatic identification of mine typical anomalies, and realizes the visual analysis of safety situation by using GIS technology and spatial interpolation technology. The field application shows that the platform improves the ability of mine safety risk identification and risk exception handling, and provides guarantee for coal mine safety production.
