复杂软弱煤层条件下高速螺旋复合钻进技术研究及实践

    Research and practice of high speed spiral compound drilling technology in complex weak coal seam

    • 摘要: 针对王坡煤矿复杂软弱煤层钻孔排渣难、成孔率低等难题,研究了高速螺旋复合钻进技术,并结合选用的ZDY6000LR型高转速坑道钻机性能特点,分别设计了?准110/63.5 mm、?准95/60.3 mm及?准88/50 mm 3种不同规格螺旋钻杆及配套三翼锥形刮刀PDC钻头;重点对不同钻具组合情况下,高速螺旋复合钻进的给进速度、钻杆转速及风量等关键参数进行研究,明确了钻进过程中参数范围。在王坡煤矿3206工作面完成的现场工业性试验表明:设计的3种组合钻强度高、刚度好,钻孔保直性较好,排渣效率高,钻杆及钻头使用寿命长;高速螺旋复合钻进技术及配套机具能够有效解决施工过程中存在的排渣难、喷孔顶钻等问题,提高了深孔钻进成孔率,百米以上钻孔成孔率超过70%,为矿井本煤层瓦斯抽采提供了重要支撑;采用?准95/60.3 mm螺旋钻杆及配套钻头成孔效果最优,平均孔深111.2 m,成孔率90.9%。

       

      Abstract: In view of the difficult problems of drilling and discharging slag and low hole forming rate in complex weak coal seam of Wangpo Coal Mine, the high speed spiral compound drilling technology is studied, and the performance characteristics of ZDY6000LR high speed tunnel drilling rig selected are combined. Three different specifications of screw drill pipe (?准110/63.5 mm, ?准95/60.3 mm and ?准88/50 mm) and matching three-wing conical scraper PDC bit were designed respectively. The key parameters such as feed speed, drill pipe rotation speed and air volume of high speed spiral compound drilling under different bottom hole assembly conditions are studied, and the parameter range in the drilling process is defined. The field industrial test in the 3206 working face of Wangpo Coal Mine shows that the three kinds of combined drilling tools designed have high strength, good rigidity, good borehole integrity, high slag discharge efficiency and long service life of drill pipe and drill bit. High-speed spiral composite drilling technology and supporting machines and tools can effectively solve the problems existing in the construction process, such as difficult slag discharge, drilling hole top drilling, improve the deep hole drilling rate, more than 100 meters of drilling hole formation rate of more than 70%, for the mine coal seam gas extraction provides an important support; using ?准95/60.3 mm spiral drill pipe and matching drill bit has the best hole forming effect, the average hole depth is 111.2 m, and the hole forming rate is 90.9%.
