美国矿用产品MSHA认证研究
Study on MSHA approval for mining products in the United States

摘要: 为提升矿用产品安全标志认证精细化管理水平,更好地为我国矿山安全生产保驾护航,研究阐释了美国矿用产品MSHA认证的法律依据、产品目录、工作流程,以及在签发认证文件、利用检测资源、响应矿山经营者需求等方面的典型做法;结合我国矿用产品MA/KA认证现状,提出了完善我国矿用产品安全标志认证工作意见建议。Abstract: In order to improve the fine management of MA/KA certification and better escort the safety of mining in China, this paper studies MSHA approval for mining products in the United States, including laws and regulations, products categories, approval processes, as well as distinctive practices in issuing versatile approval documents, utilizing social testing resources, and especially approval documents responding to mine operators’ demands. On the basis of the current situation of China MA/KA certification, this paper proposes some suggestions on further improving MA/KA certification in China.
