安家岭矿端帮煤开采边坡稳定性分析与控制

    Analysis and control of slope stability of end wall coal mining in Anjialing Open-pit Mine

    • 摘要: 为解决安家岭露天矿端帮到界边坡压煤问题,结合安家岭露天矿北帮到界边坡实际情况,运用极限平衡方法,对回采高度、整体边坡角与边坡稳定之间敏感性分析,采用三维数值模拟方法研究横采内排追踪距离、内排压脚高度与边坡稳定性关系。结果表明:回采高度由1 276 m水平降至1 264 m水平、整体边坡角由34°提高至35°时,边坡稳定系数变化最为敏感,综合分析确定端帮压煤回采方案为回采高度1 264 m水平、整体边坡角35°;横采内排追踪距离为30 m、横采内排压脚高度24 m,可实现煤炭资源安全高效回收,同时具有较高社会效益。

       

      Abstract: In order to solve the coal pressing problem of the end-to-boundary slope of Anjialing Open-pit Mine, combined with the actual situation of the north slope to the boundary of Anjialing Open-pit Mine, the sensitivity between the mining height, the overall slope angle and the slope stability is analyzed by using the limit equilibrium method, and the relationship between the horizontal mining internal discharge tracking distance, the internal discharge presser foot height and the slope stability is studied by using the three-dimensional numerical simulation method. The results show that, the mining height is reduced from 1 276 to 1 264, the overall slope angle is increased from 34° to 35°, and the slope stability coefficient is the most sensitive. Through comprehensive analysis, it is determined that the stoping height is 1 264 m level and the overall slope angle is 35° for the stoping scheme of end-side pressing coal; the tracking distance of inner drainage in horizontal mining is 30 m, the height of inner drainage presser foot in horizontal mining is 24 m, which can realize the safe and efficient recovery of coal resources, and it has higher social benefits.
