Abstract:
Aiming at the support problem of large deformation of deep impact high stress soft rock roadway in 21220 working face of a mine of Yima Coal Industry Company, FLAC3D finite element method was used to simulate 21220 working face. The deformation, stress and crack propagation characteristics of roadway are simulated. The plastic zone of soft rock roadway is analyzed theoretically. Soft rock has obvious expansion potential. When the local stress acts alone, the support strength required on site is not too large, and the combined support method can meet this requirement. When the expansion energy release of rock is released, the roadway will have obvious permanent deformation. The “shotcrete-anchor-injection-spray-shell” support is proposed. The field test show that, the roof settlement is 70-80 mm, the roadway side variation is 160-180 mm, and the floor heave convergence is 70-80 mm. The improved support system can effectively control the large deformation of surrounding rock.
