Abstract:
In view of the existing problems of mine safety monitoring system, such as network communication failure, superior equipment abnormality and communication line interruption, which lead to control failure, abnormal control and control delay, a cross-regional collaborative control technology for mine is proposed and cross-regional collaborative control equipment is developed. It adopts cross-regional editable control strategy, network packet communication technology and intelligent feed control integration technology to realize cross-regional edge equipment integrated settlement, coordinated control and rapid feedback. At the same time, it adopts ring network technology, bus technology and AI processing technology to ensure the accuracy of measuring point data collection, the accuracy of data transmission and the computing power of data processing. Experimental tests of cross-regional collaborative control equipment show that both single-point testing and combined testing can achieve cross-regional data collection, accurate communication and timely control without the backbone network, abnormal upper-level equipment, and interruption of communication lines. It provides a cross-regional collaborative control platform for the construction of “one network, one station” intelligent integrated safety monitoring system.
