    Design of ZGZS1000 water sealing fire resistance and explosion venting device

    • 摘要: 介绍了水封阻火泄爆装置通过水封阻火、超压自动泄爆保障低体积分数瓦斯输送安全的工作原理;分析了DN1 000 mm瓦斯输送管道采用立式结构水封阻火泄爆装置存在的问题,确定ZGZS1000水封阻火泄爆装置采用卧式结构;基于重力沉降原理和瓦斯气体安全临界速度,依次经过试算和校核,并考虑经济性设计了ZGZS1000水封阻火泄爆装置筒体直径和筒体长度;结合水封阻火泄爆装置安装位置、爆炸压力及泄爆压力开展了装置筒体强度和筒体厚度设计;设计了由3个水位传感器、1个补水电动阀、1个排水电动阀和1台水位控制器构成的水位控制系统,实现水位自动控制功能,使水封阻火泄爆装置水封高度始终保持在有效阻火范围内。

       

      Abstract: This paper introduces the working principle of water sealing fire resistance and explosion venting device to ensure the safety of low concentration gas transportation through water sealing fire resistance and over-pressure automatic explosion venting; this paper analyzes the problems existing in the vertical structure of water sealing fire resistance and explosion venting device for DN1 000 mm gas transmission pipeline, and determines that ZGZS1000 water sealing fire resistance and explosion venting device adopts horizontal structure. Then, based on the principle of gravity settlement and the safe critical velocity of gas, through trial calculation and verification in turn, and considering the economy, the cylinder diameter and cylinder length of ZGZS1000 water sealing fire resistance and explosion venting device are designed. Subsequently, combined with the installation position, explosion pressure and explosion venting pressure of water sealing fire resistance and explosion venting device, the strength and thickness of the cylinder are designed. Finally, a water level control system composed of three water level sensors, a water supply electric valve, a drainage electric valve and a water level controller is designed to realize the automatic control function of water level, so that the water seal height of water sealing fire resistance and explosion venting device is always kept within the effective fire prevention range.
