Abstract:
Aiming at the difficulties in the extraction of compressed coal in Yungang Coal Mine and the large discharge of coal gangue, the application of cemented filling coal mining method to recover coal resources and treat coal gangue is proposed. In order to obtain the ratio of the cemented filling material to achieve the optimal performance, the orthogonal test reveals the influence of the four factors of concentration, fly ash, cement, and quicklime on the transport performance and mechanical properties of the cemented filling material, which is obtained by range analysis. The significance degree of each factor is discussed, and the optimization plan of adding accelerator is proposed. The results show that: when the concentration is 84%, fly ash 45%, gangue 40%, cement 10%, quicklime 2%, and accelerator 3%, the performance indicators of the cemented filling material reach the best.
