Abstract:
In order to study the influence of the mining layout of the upper protective layer working face in the close inclined coal seam group on the gob-side entry retaining roadway of the working face of the protected coal seam, this paper takes the geological conditions of working face 1112 of Cuijiazhai Coal Mine as the engineering background, through field investigation, theoretical analysis, numerical simulation and industrial test, the reasonable layout of pressure relief protection in the working face of upper protective layer is studied. The results show that the overall stress value of the floor under the goaf of the upper protective layer is lower, and the stress value of the floor under the lower solid coal is higher than that under the upper solid coal; when the working face of the upper protective layer is arranged above the goaf roadway of the protected working face, it can better relieve the pressure on the surrounding rock of the goaf roadway. The optimized working face layout of the upper protective layer is applied to the mining period of 1114 working face. The working resistance of the on-site hydraulic support and the ground pressure monitoring data of the surrounding rock of the goaf side roadway confirm that the optimized scheme can effectively control the deformation of the surrounding rock of the roadway, improve the surrounding rock stress environment of the 1114 track roadway along the goaf side, and improve the safety of the service period of the gob-side entry retaining.
