煤表面自燃特性结构综述

    Review of Spontaneous Combustion Characteristic Structures in Coal Surface

    • 摘要: 根据近代煤化学结构理论,分析总结了煤低温氧化过程中煤表面化学活性结构的变化规律,发现:桥键、侧链中的甲基、亚甲基、羟基、羰基、醚氧键等自燃特性结构首先与氧发生作用,表现为脂肪烃类侧链及官能团的减少和含氧官能团的先增加后减少,同时伴随热量的不断产生,为煤自燃体系的持续反应奠定基础。可见,煤表面自燃特性结构的数量多寡和活性强弱对煤自燃的低温氧化阶段有重要作用。

       

      Abstract: According to modern coal chemical structure theory,this paper summed up the change rules of activity chemical structures in coal surface during low-temperature oxidation of coal.The results showed that the oxidation reaction happened firstly on the spontaneous combustion characteristic structures in coal surface,such as methyl,methylene,hydroxyl,carbonyl,ether and other structures in the bridge bond and the side chain,which expressed as aliphatic hydrocarbon side chain and functional groups and oxygen groups increasing firstly and then decreasing,accompanied by the continuous generation of heat for coal spontaneous combustion system which laid the foundation for coal-oxygen sustained reacting.So,the quantity and the activity of spontaneous combustion characteristic structures in coal surface played an important role in low-temperature oxidation of coal.
