Abstract:
Stick-slip vibration generally exists in the process of drilling and construction, and near-horizontal directional drilling in underground coal mines is no exception. With the extension of the drilling depth, the phenomenon of stick-slip vibration intensifies. The hazards of stick-slip vibration include accelerated drilling tool wear and reduced drilling efficiency. In order to suppress the stick-slip vibration, the mechanism of the stick-slip vibration generated by the single-bent screw motor directional drilling at the bottom of the near-horizontal directional drilling hole is analyzed, and the similarities and differences between the stick-slip vibration generated by the dynamic rotary drilling process of the vertical drilling hole are analyzed. The methods and principles of suppressing stick-slip vibration have been studied, and engineering practice has been carried out.
