高孔隙率金属材料在巷道支护中的应用及数值模拟

摘要: 根据巷道冲击震动破坏的机理以及岩石巷道破坏的力学机理,将具有吸能、减震与抗阻尼作用良好的高孔隙率金属材料应用到巷道支护中,建立了"宏观"的巷道支护的"强弱强"力学机构模型的同时提出了针对弱结构—金属钢结构的"强弱强"结构模型。运用数值模拟软件ANSYS对所建立的力学模型模拟在冲击矿压作用下的巷道力学性能与结构变形,得出高孔隙率金属的支护对矿井巷道受力有明显的缓冲效果,其受力巷道断面受力降低近10倍,同时巷道整体变形明显降低。Abstract: According to the mechanism of roadway destruction by rock burst and the mechanical mechanism of rock roadway damage, the high porosity metal materials which have good properties of energy absorption, shock absorption and damping are applied in the roadway support. The paper establishes a macro "strong-soft-strong" mechanical mechanism model for roadway support and at the same time puts forward another "strong-soft-strong" model for soft structure-steel structure. ANSYS is used to simulate the mechanical properties and structural deformation of the tunnel under the action of rock-burst. The results show that material support for mine roadway stress has obvious buffering effect and the stress of roadway section decreases almost ten times, while the roadway deformation decreases obviously.
