拟建建筑物下方多煤层采空区治理分析

    Analysis and treatment of multiple coal seams goaf under proposed building

    • 摘要: 以晋能控股煤业集团某矿为背景,对该矿区不同煤层采空区煤柱及覆岩破坏情况进行稳定性分析,对建筑物载荷影响深度进行计算,分析拟建建筑物影响的采空区范围;引入剩余变形系数对地表移动变形进行分析,确定了地面建筑物的治理类别、治理范围及剩余空洞体积,最终提出采用地面注浆;针对不同埋深采空区采用不同注浆量的方案,通过注浆充填多层采空区,提高采空区煤岩层稳定性,确保地面建筑物的安全修建和使用。研究对多煤层采空区上方地表拟建建筑物的修建及稳定性提供了分析方法和相应治理方案。

       

      Abstract: Taking a coal mine of Datong Coal Mine Group as an example. The stability analysis of coal pillar failure and overlying rock in different coal seams in the mining area is carried out, the influence depth of building load is calculated, and the scope of goaf affected by the proposed building is analyzed. The residual deformation coefficient is introduced to analyze the surface movement deformation, and the treatment category, treatment scope and residual cavity volume of surface buildings are determined. Finally, ground grouting is proposed. For the goaf with different buried depths, different amounts of grouting are adopted to fill the multi-layer goaf with grouting to improve the stability of coal strata in the goaf and ensure the safe construction and use of ground buildings. This study provides an analysis method and corresponding treatment scheme for the construction and stability of the proposed buildings above the multi-coal goaf.
