锚固剂材料配比参数优化对锚固系统的影响

    Effect of optimizing proportioning parameters of anchor material on anchoring system

    • 摘要: 为了防止矿井围岩大变形,提高失稳岩体的稳定性,基于正交设计法和岩体力学试验对水泥锚固剂材料配比参数进行了优化;以粉煤灰掺量、水玻璃掺量、钙矾石掺量、萘磺酸盐掺量、水灰比、砂灰比为配比原料;通过测试试验获得了单轴抗压强度、握裹力和黏聚力3个物理力学性质指标;对所求结果进行极差和方差分析得出影响的主次顺序和程度。结果表明:对握裹力影响最大的是粉煤灰掺量,水灰比、砂灰比和水玻璃掺量对握裹力也有显著的影响;水玻璃掺量对黏聚力影响最大,钙矾石掺量和水灰比对黏聚力影响次之。应用试验所得数据进行多元线性回归分析,得到试件的力学指标和锚固剂材料配比的经验方程,可用于提高围岩锚固系统的安全性。

       

      Abstract: In order to prevent the large deformation of the surrounding rock of the mine and improve the stability of the unstable rock mass, the parameters of the cement anchoring agent material were optimized based on the orthogonal design method and the rock mass mechanical test; the amount of fly ash, water glass, the amount of ettringite, the amount of naphthalene sulfonate, the water-cement ratio, and the sand-cement ratio are the raw materials. Three physical and mechanical properties of uniaxial compressive strength, gripping force, and adhesive force were obtained through testing. The results were analyzed by range and variance to obtain the order and degree of influence. The results show that the greatest effect on the gripping force is the amount of fly ash, and the water-cement ratio, sand-cement ratio, and water glass content also have significant effects on the gripping force; the influence of the amount of bauxite and water-cement ratio on the adhesion force is second. Multivariate linear regression analysis was performed using the data obtained from the experiments, and the empirical equations for the mechanical indexes of the specimens and the ratio of the anchoring agent materials were obtained. It can be used to improve the safety of the surrounding rock anchoring system.
