高压水射流破煤机理研究进展及展望

    Research progress and prospect of high pressure water jet coal breaking mechanism

    • 摘要: 通过对高压水射流破煤机理的研究,可以为水射流装备制造和施工工艺研究提供理论依据。在调研大量国内外相关文献的基础上,系统总结了目前高压水射流破煤机理的相关理论,从水射流结构和煤体力学特性入手,介绍了应力波破煤理论、准静态弹性破煤理论、气蚀破煤理论及裂纹扩展破煤理论等对各阶段破煤机理的研究成果。针对当前各种破煤理论的适用性及局限性,提出下一步可以从完善水射流破煤机理、两相射流破煤机理和新型射流方式破煤机理3个方向开展研究。

       

      Abstract: The research on coal breaking mechanism by high-pressure water jet can provide theoretical basis for water jet equipment manufacturing and construction technology research. In this paper, based on the investigation of a large number of related literatures at home and abroad, we summarized the relevant theories of coal breaking mechanism by high pressure water jet. From the perspective of the structure of water jet and mechanical properties of coal, this paper introduces the stress wave theory of crushing, quasi-static elastic fracture theory, the theory of cavitation and broken and crack propagation mechanism of broken coal at all stages about crushing theory researches. In view of the applicability and limitations of various current coal breaking theories, it is suggested that further research can be carried out from three directions: improving the coal breaking mechanism of water jet, two-phase jet and new jet mode.
