井下动态成像瞬变电磁仪的设计

    Design of mine dynamic imaging transient electromagnetic instrument

    • 摘要: 设计了一种新型井下动态成像瞬变电磁仪。瞬变电磁仪发射机采用6个场效应管组成快速关断桥路,在发射电流关断期间,场长效应管内部寄生二极管构建快速放电回路,缩减了发射线圈电感效应,大幅减少探测盲区;瞬变电磁接收机采用双通道信号处理电路,双AD同时采集,通过数据拼接处理,信号接收范围可达160 db以上;Linux操作系统的嵌入式工控机能快速进行数据分析处理,2 s内完成数据采集到最终视电阻率快速成像。

       

      Abstract: A new downhole dynamic imaging transient electromagnetic instrument is designed. The transmitter of transient electromagnetic instrument adopts six field effect tubes to form a fast shutdown bridge. During the shutdown of transmitting current, the parasitic diode in the field length effect tube constructs a fast discharge circuit, which reduces the inductance effect of transmitting coil and greatly reduces the detection blind area; the transient electromagnetic receiver adopts dual channel signal processing circuit, dual AD acquisition at the same time, and the signal receiving range can reach more than 160 db through data splicing processing; the embedded industrial control function of Linux operating system can quickly analyze and process the data, and complete the data acquisition to the final apparent resistivity rapid imaging within 2 s.
