智慧煤矿管控一体化平台系统研究

    Research on intelligent coal mine management and control integrated platform system

    • 摘要: 为满足矿山安全监管、智能控制的一体化需求,针对智慧煤矿管控一体化平台系统的设计方案展开研究,在煤矿智能矿山建设规范的整体架构下,以数字化为前提,以网络、信息技术为基础,设计智慧矿山整体平台架构、数据分析环境、智能计算环境及基于开放应用开发环境的基础平台软件。研究以工业互联网和智能化为核心的生产协同作业模式,实现全矿井融合联动、煤矿智能通风、瓦斯灾害预警、瓦斯智能抽采管控、煤矿防灭火智能预警抑控、安全生产监管等系统一体化。

       

      Abstract: In order to meet the integration needs of mine safety supervision and intelligent control, the design scheme of intelligent coal mine management and control integration platform system is studied. Under the overall framework of the construction specification of intelligent coal mine, the overall platform architecture, data analysis environment, intelligent computing environment and basic platform software based on open application development environment of intelligent coal mine are designed on the premise of digitization and based on network and information technology. The study takes the production collaborative operation mode with industrial Internet and intelligence as the core, and realizes the system integration of whole mine integration and linkage, coal mine intelligent ventilation, gas disaster early warning, gas intelligent drainage management and control, coal mine fire prevention and intelligent early warning and control, and safety production supervision.
