大采高倾斜长壁工作面沿空留巷围岩控制技术

    Surrounding rock control technology of gob-side entry retaining in inclined longwall face with large mining height

    • 摘要: 煤矿沿空留巷开采技术因其具有较高的经济意义而被我国煤矿企业大范围采用,但沿空留巷也具有使用时间长,经历采动影响次数多,围岩支护较为困难等问题。为探究某矿3304工作面大采空沿空留巷围岩控制关键技术,利用理论分析、数值模拟、现场实测等研究方法,研究巷旁充填体参数对沿空留巷围岩控制的影响,并通过“三高一低”锚杆支护设计理念,提出沿空留巷锚杆不对称支护方案,通过数值模拟试验对比及现场实践检验,得出合理的巷旁支护体参数和沿空留巷锚杆不对称支护方案对沿空留巷围岩控制具有明显作用。

       

      Abstract: The mining technology of gob-side entry retaining is widely adopted by China’s coal mining enterprises because of its high economic significance. However, gob-side entry retaining also has some problems, such as long service time, many times of mining influence, and difficult surrounding rock support. In order to explore the key technology of surrounding rock control of gob side entry retaining in 3304 working face, this paper studies the influence of roadway side filling parameters on surrounding rock control of gob side entry retaining by using research methods such as theoretical analysis, numerical simulation and field measurement, and proposed the bolt asymmetric support scheme of gob side entry-retaining through the “three high and one low” bolt support design concept, through the comparison of numerical simulation test and field practice test, it is concluded that the reasonable parameters of roadway side support body and the asymmetric support scheme of anchor bolt have obvious effect on the control of surrounding rock of gob-side entry retaining roadway.
