冲击地压矿井易自燃厚煤层回撤工作面自燃防治技术

    Spontaneous combustion prevention technology of withdrawal working face of spontaneous combustion thick coal seam in rock burst mine

    • 摘要: 为了预防冲击地压矿井易自燃工作面回撤周期长导致采空区自然发火,通过分析冲击地压条件下易自燃厚煤层工作面回撤时期防灭火特点,提出了以地面堵漏、调压气室堵漏、“O型圈”堵漏和通风系统调压等措施为主的多层采空区漏风精确调控技术,以采空区全断面帷幕注氮工艺为手段的采空区氧化带宽度精确调控技术,以采空区不放煤区域钻孔注浆、放煤区域埋管灌浆相结合的温度精确调控技术,构建了“控风-降氧-抑温”的立体化防治体系,并进行了应用。结果表明:在工作面回撤的近3个月内,采空区温度始终维持在27 ℃以下,无自然发火迹象,该技术体系能有效保障工作面长期的回撤安全。

       

      Abstract: In order to prevent spontaneous combustion in goaf caused by long withdrawal period of spontaneous combustion working face in rock burst mine, by analyzing the characteristics of fire prevention and extinguishing during the withdrawal period of working face in thick coal seam prone to spontaneous combustion under rock burst condition, an accurate control technology of air leakage in multi-layer goaf is proposed, which is based on the measures of ground fissure plugging, air leakage plugging in pressure regulating chamber, O-ring plugging and pressure regulating of ventilation system. An accurate control technology of oxidation zone width in goaf by means of full-section curtain nitrogen injection technology in goaf is proposed. An accurate temperature control technology combining drilling grouting in non-coal caving area in goaf and buried pipe grouting in coal caving area in goaf is proposed. And the three-dimensional prevention and control system of “wind control-oxygen reduction-temperature suppression” was constructed and applied. The results show that in the past three months of the withdrawal of the working face, the temperature of the goaf is always maintained below 27 ℃, and there is no natural fire sign. The technical system can effectively guarantee the long-term withdrawal safety of the working face.
