Abstract: Slot-cutting drill is the key equipment used in “110 construction method” roof pre-split drilling construction, according to the construction method of roof pre-split drilling construction requirements precise positioning, meet all drilling in a straight line and reduce the amount of roadway maintenance and other requirements, this paper summarizes the technical parameters, equipment performance and application of the relevant equipment of the main domestic seam cutting drilling enterprises, and expounds the new technologies such as chain arm top cutting machine and hydraulic seam cutting directional blasting top cutting pressure relief method combined with the construction site demand of “110 method”. The key technologies, such as the working mechanism of middle-distance double drilling, the angle adjusting device of pre-split drilling and the efficient drilling tools, are proposed. The development direction of slotting drilling machine is to improve the reliability and efficiency of slotting drilling machine, improve the integration of slotting drilling machine, realize multi-use of one machine and improve the intelligent control level of slotting drilling machine.
