厚煤层分层开采工作面回撤期间自然发火防治技术

    Prevention and control technology of spontaneous combustion during withdrawal of thick seam layered mining face

    • 摘要: 针对风水沟煤矿厚煤层分层开采工作面回撤期间采空区遗煤自然发火问题,通过对采空区遗煤分布、漏风规律以及气体状态分析,初步划定疑似高温隐患区域;利用运输巷密闭外钻场施工扇形探火孔,采取定人、定点、定时的“三定”原则进行气体取样分析,从而实现对采空区自然发火区域的进一步准确定位;通过采取钻孔注液态CO2与黄泥浆、上下密闭端头灌浆堵漏、采空区埋管注氮与液态CO2等综合防灭火技术措施,使得封闭区内O2体积分数下降到5%之后,长期保持在2%以下,消除高温隐患的同时,保证了工作面的安全启封与回撤。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at the problem of spontaneous combustion of residual coal in goaf during the withdrawal of thick seam layered mining face in Fengshuigou Coal Mine, the suspected high-temperature hidden danger area is preliminarily defined through the analysis of residual coal distribution, air leakage law and gas state in goaf; the fan-shaped fire detection hole is constructed in the closed external drilling field of the transportation roadway, and the “three-determination” principle of fixed person, fixed point and fixed time is adopted for gas sampling and analysis, so as to further accurately locate the natural ignition area in the goaf. After that, comprehensive fire prevention and extinguishing technical measures such as drilling injection of liquid CO2 and yellow mud, grouting and plugging at upper and lower closed ends, buried pipe injection of nitrogen and liquid CO2 in goaf were taken, so that the O2 volume fraction in the closed area decreased to 5% and remained below 2% for a long time, so as to eliminate the hidden danger of high temperature and ensure the safe unsealing and withdrawal of the working face.
