基于钻孔轨迹精确测量的瓦斯抽采钻孔群空白带控制技术

    Control technology of blank zone in gas drainage boreholes group based on accurate measurement of borehole trajectory

    • 摘要: 在钻孔施工过程中经常由于钻杆自重、地质条件及钻进工艺的影响,造成钻孔实际成孔轨迹较设计轨迹偏差较大,钻孔的轨迹偏差导致瓦斯抽采钻孔覆盖区域空白带出现,影响瓦斯抽采效果。为掌握瓦斯预抽钻孔空白带分布情况,利用钻孔轨迹测量系统测量瓦斯预抽钻孔的轨迹,轨迹测量系统数据处理后可实现钻孔三维展示,可以从三维空间不同视角观测钻孔在不同方向上的偏移量,为钻孔空白带补孔提供数据支持;根据三维数据及三维成果展示钻孔空白带的分布,进行针对性补孔,提高瓦斯消突准确性,保证矿井安全生产。

       

      Abstract: In the process of drilling construction, due to the influence of drill pipe weight, geological conditions and drilling technology, the actual drilling trajectory deviation is larger than the design trajectory. The deviation of drilling trajectory leads to the appearance of blank zone in the area covered by gas drainage boreholes, which affects the gas drainage effect. In order to master the distribution of the blank zone of gas pre drainage boreholes, the trajectory of gas pre drainage boreholes is measured by using the borehole trajectory measurement system. After the data processing of the trajectory measurement system, the 3D display of boreholes can be realized, and the offset of boreholes in different directions can be observed from different perspectives of 3D space, which provides data support for the hole filling of the blank zone of boreholes. According to 3d data and 3D results to show the distribution of blank drilling zone, targeted hole filling is carried out to improve the accuracy of gas elimination and ensure the safety of mine production.
