Abstract:
Aiming at the problems of poor real-time and accuracy of information collection, low degree of data integration, and unable to carry out unique identification in design and manufacturing, safety production, monitoring and traceability of the whole life cycle management of mine hoisting system, a design scheme of mine hoisting system life cycle service system based on RFID is proposed. The system writes the unified electronic product identification code into the RFID chip, and obtains the relevant location and identity information of mine hoisting equipment by reading its information. Through data integration and data mining of hoisting system, it realizes the information sharing and function reorganization of system access equipment, which is conducive to the refinement of management decision-making, traceability of equipment information and process reengineering of industrial chain for relevant enterprises to improve the safety management level of mine hoisting system step by step.
