Abstract:
Aiming at the actual needs of intelligent mine construction and improving the life safety, the paper analyzes the disadvantages of traditional information miner’s lamp, such as high cost, high power consumption, WiFi radio frequency placed in the cap. A miner’s lamp of low power consumption and low cost is designed. Through the study of UWB positioning technology and the sleep mechanism of WiFi wireless communication technology, the service life of mine lamp is extended; to study the speech signal compression coding algorithm, the radio frequency and lamp cap are separated, and the single chip vocoder is adopted, which reduces the cost. Locating voice intercom information miner’s lamp not only realizes high-precision positioning function, but also can call for emergency help, group evacuation and broadcast information of reliable escape routes of various disasters under dangerous conditions, providing a safer and stronger guarantee for miners’ underground operations.
