新生代矿工安全认知对安全行为的影响
Influence of safety cognition for new generation miners on safety behavior

摘要: 新生代矿工的安全行为在煤矿安全生产中发挥着至关重要作用，对减少安全事故发生具有重要意义。为探究新生代矿工安全认知对安全行为的影响机制，对213名新生代矿工进行问卷调查收集数据，运用AMOS软件建立结构方程模型，分析新生代矿工安全认知对安全行为的影响及不安全行为意向在二者间的作用。研究表明：新生代矿工安全认知对参与性行为有显著的正向影响，对不安全行为意向有显著的负向影响；不安全行为意向对服从性行为和参与性行为均有显著的负向影响，不安全行为意向在新生代矿工安全认知与参与性行为之间起中介作用。Abstract: Safety behavior for new generation miners plays a vital role in coal mine safety production, and is of great significance to reducing the occurrence of safety accidents. In order to explore the influence mechanism of safety cognition for new generation miners on safety behavior, a questionnaire survey was conducted among 213 new generation miners to collect data. A structural equation model was established by using AMOS software to analyze the influence of safety cognition for new generation on safety behavior and the effect of unsafe behavior intention in the two. The results show that safety cognition for new generation miners has a significant positive influence on participatory behavior, and a significant negative influence on unsafe behavior intention. Unsafe behavior intention has a significant negative influence on submissive behavior and participatory behavior, and unsafe behavior intention plays an intermediary role between safety cognition for new generation and participatory behavior.
