工作面两巷松动圈高体积分数CO来源分析

    Analysis of high volume fraction CO source of two roadways broken rock zone in working face

    • 摘要: 为了深入研究工作面两巷松动圈高体积分数CO来源规律,科学制定预防两巷防灭火技术措施,分别考察上覆采空区、相邻采空区以及本工作面随着工作面回采CO变化情况。结果表明:随着工作面回采,上覆采空区和邻近采空区未发现高体积分数CO,而本层观测钻孔内发现了高体积分数CO,证明了开采过程中两巷道未采取全断面喷浆处理,在地应力作用条件下,松动圈内裂隙煤体低温氧化时间长,破碎煤体发生低温氧化氧化所致,且运输巷侧比回风巷的松动圈更易发生自然氧化反应。

       

      Abstract: In order to deeply study the source law of high volume fraction CO in the two-lane broken rock zone of working face, scientifically formulate preventive measures to prevent fire in the two lanes, and investigate the CO change in the overlying goaf, the adjacent goaf and the working face with the mining. The results show that: with the working face mining, no high volume fraction CO was not found in the overlying goaf and adjacent goaf, while high volume fraction CO were found in the observation boreholes of this layer, which proved that the two roadways did not adopt full-face spraying during the mining process; under the condition of in-situ stress, the low temperature oxidation time of cracked coal in the broken rock zone is long, and the broken coal is caused by low temperature oxidation, and natural oxidation reaction is more likely to occur in the loosening circle of transport roadway than in the loosening circle of return air roadway.
