爆炸性环境用变频驱动系统防爆功能技术分析

    Technical analysis of flameproof function of variable frequency drive system used in explosive atmosphere

    • 摘要: 与普通电气传动系统相比,在煤矿、石化等现代工业生产中存在可燃性混合物形成的爆炸性环境,变频驱动系统由于电火花和热表面等潜在点燃源存在,可能引起爆炸导致人员伤亡和重大损失。对爆炸性环境下变频驱动系统防爆功能技术方面的标准、研究现状进行梳理,从爆炸性环境下变频驱动系统结构与安全、防爆变频器、防爆电动机3个方面进行归纳总结,讨论了系统各部分研究和特殊环境应用中存在的问题;对极限环境下变频驱动系统可靠性、爆炸性环境下变频驱动系统安全评估技术、新型隔爆变频驱动一体化技术等方面进行了展望。

       

      Abstract: Compared with the ordinary electric drive system, there is a wide range of explosive environment formed by flammable mixtures in modern industrial production such as coal mines and petrochemicals. The existence of potential ignition sources (electric spark and thermal surface) in the variable frequency drive system may cause explosion, resulting in casualties and heavy losses. Firstly, this paper introduces standards, research status of explosion protection technology of variable-frequency drive system in explosive environment, and summarizes the structure of frequency conversion drive system, flameproof frequency converter, flameproof motors, in explosive atmosphere, discusses the problems in the research of various parts of the system and special environment applications. Finally, the development of the reliability of the variable frequency drive system under extreme environments, the safety assessment technology of the variable frequency drive system used in explosive atmosphere, and the new integrated flameproof variable frequency drive technology are prospected.
