基于SEM的矿工情绪智力对其不安全行为的影响研究

Research on influence of emotional intelligence on unsafe behaviors of miners based on SEM

  • 摘要: 为了研究矿工情绪智力对其不安全行为的影响机制,引入情绪劳动策略作为中介变量;通过对300名矿工进行问卷调查,运用AMOS24.0软件构建矿工情绪智力对其不安全行为影响的最优结构方程模型。结果表明:矿工情绪智力的各维度均显著负向影响表层扮演,正向影响深层扮演;且情绪智力中自我情绪感知能力、调节情绪能力、运用情绪能力对不安全行为有显著负向影响;同时,情绪劳动策略中的表层扮演和深层扮演分别中介了矿工情绪智力对其不安全行为的影响关系。
    Abstract: In order to study the influence mechanism of emotional intelligence on miners’ unsafe behaviors, emotional labor strategy was introduced as an intermediary variable. Based on a questionnaire survey of 300 miners, the optimal structural equation model of the influence of emotional intelligence on miners’ unsafe behaviors was constructed by AMOS24.0 software. The results show that: all dimensions of emotional intelligence of miners have a significant negative impact on the surface acting, and a positive impact on the deep acting, and the ability of self-emotion perception, emotion regulation and emotional use ability have a significant negative impact on unsafe behavior. At the same time, surface acting and deep acting in emotional labor strategy mediate the relationship between emotional intelligence and unsafe behavior of miners.
