Abstract:
The paper presents a scheme of collecting piezoelectric energy for underground wind-induced vibration to provide self power supply for wireless low power sensor in mine. The technology of underground wind-induced vibration piezoelectric energy collection is to collect the wind-induced vibration energy in the tunnel by using the piezoelectric characteristics of piezoelectric materials. Through rectifying circuit, filter circuit, voltage regulating circuit, voltage stabilizing circuit and charging circuit, irregular piezoelectric vibration AC capture and storage is used as available DC. Thus, wind energy in the tunnel is converted into available DC energy. The experimental results show that the energy collecting device of mine wind induced-vibration can meet the demand of wireless low power sensor in mine, with the output voltage of 3.8 V to 8.4 V within the wind speed of 2.00 m/s to 8.00 m/s.
