Abstract:
In order to study the deformation control of the surrounding rock under the broken surrounding rock in the mined-out area, a semicircular arch support technology of “U-shaped shed + grouting” was proposed. Based on the basic mechanical properties of the arch, a mechanical model of the bearing capacity of the semicircular arch roadway was constructed to analyze the influence law of the strength of semicircular arch on the failure of surrounding rock of the roadway, and theoretically obtain the limit thickness of the arch failure. The research results show that the failure location of the semicircular arch occurs at the top of the arch, mainly tensile failure; the bearing performance of the arch is closely related to the load of the overburden, the thickness of the arch, and the tensile strength of the grouted arch. Semicircular arch bearing capacity has a linear relationship with the load of the overburden and the tensile strength of the arch, and have a nonlinear relationship with the thickness of the arch. The research results were applied to the roadway through the gob in the 11702 working face of Guizhou Wantian Coal Industry Company Xiangqiao Coal Mine, which effectively controlled the deformation of the surrounding rock of the roadway.
