巷道过采空区支护技术研究

    Research on supporting technology of roadway passing goaf

    • 摘要: 针对采空区破碎围岩下巷道围岩变形控制问题,提出了“U型棚+注浆”的半圆拱体支护技术,并基于拱体的基本力学性能,构建了半圆拱巷道承载能力力学模型,分析了半圆拱体强度对巷道围岩破坏的影响规律,理论推导了拱体破坏的极限厚度。研究结果表明:半圆拱体的破坏位置发生于拱体顶部,以拉破坏为主;拱体的承载性能与上覆岩层载荷、拱体的厚度以及注浆拱体的抗拉强度密切相关,与上覆岩层载荷、拱体抗拉强度呈线性关系,与拱体的厚度呈非线性关系。研究成果应用于贵州湾田煤业湘桥煤矿11702工作面过采空区巷道,有效地控制了巷道围岩变形。

       

      Abstract: In order to study the deformation control of the surrounding rock under the broken surrounding rock in the mined-out area, a semicircular arch support technology of “U-shaped shed + grouting” was proposed. Based on the basic mechanical properties of the arch, a mechanical model of the bearing capacity of the semicircular arch roadway was constructed to analyze the influence law of the strength of semicircular arch on the failure of surrounding rock of the roadway, and theoretically obtain the limit thickness of the arch failure. The research results show that the failure location of the semicircular arch occurs at the top of the arch, mainly tensile failure; the bearing performance of the arch is closely related to the load of the overburden, the thickness of the arch, and the tensile strength of the grouted arch. Semicircular arch bearing capacity has a linear relationship with the load of the overburden and the tensile strength of the arch, and have a nonlinear relationship with the thickness of the arch. The research results were applied to the roadway through the gob in the 11702 working face of Guizhou Wantian Coal Industry Company Xiangqiao Coal Mine, which effectively controlled the deformation of the surrounding rock of the roadway.
