复杂顶板高位定向长钻孔全程下筛管技术实践

    Technical practice of running screen in the whole process for high level directional drilling of complex roof

    • 摘要: 针对淮南矿区复杂地层顶板高位定向钻孔施工及瓦斯抽采中存在的钻孔坍塌造成瓦斯抽采通道堵塞问题,研究复杂地层顶板高位定向长钻孔全程下筛管技术;在张集煤矿进行了现场试验,通过对下筛管施工过程中遇到的复杂地层易塌孔、PVC筛管强度低、钢制筛管对测量系统影响、下管工艺流程复杂、遇阻后难处理等问题的分析,针对性的提出确保轨迹平滑、使用钢制筛管、单个钻孔施工完成后及时下管、可切割式导向头及辅助下筛管变径等技术措施;成功实现钻孔平均下管率97%以上,基本实现复杂顶板高位定向长钻孔全程下筛管,保证了瓦斯抽采效果;并利用形成的技术措施在顾桥矿南区成功实现?准73 mm钢制筛管最大下入深度744.6 m,创造煤矿井下?准73 mm钢筛管下放记录,促进“以孔代巷”技术的全面推广应用。

       

      Abstract: High level directional drilling construction of roof in complex strata of Huainan Coal Mine and the problem of caving of borehole in gas extraction process causes blockage of gas extraction channel, the whole process screening technology of high directional long drilling in the roof of complex strata is studied. Field tests have been carried out in Zhangji Coal Mine. Through problems of running screen encountered in the construction process of complex formation of fragile low hole, low PVC screen strength, influence of steel screen on measuring system, complex running screen process, difficult treatment after blockage, technical measures, such as ensuring smooth track, using steel screen tube, timely pipe discharge after completion of single drilling, cutting type guide head and auxiliary reducing diameter of screen tube, were proposed. The average running screen pipe rate of drilling was more than 97%, and the whole process of running screen pipe was basically realized in high level directional long drilling of the complex roof, which ensured the gas extraction effect. Using the developed technical measures, the maximum running depth of ?准73 mm steel screen tube was successfully realized in the south area of Guqiao Mine, creating the running depth record of ?准73 mm steel screen in the underground coal mine of 744.6 m, promoting the comprehensive promotion and application of the technology of “replacing roadway with hole”.
