托顶煤快速掘进临时支架的有限元分析

    Finite element analysis of temporary support for top coal fast tunneling

    • 摘要: 煤矿生产中放顶煤生产工艺在采煤工作面上下2个煤巷主要是沿煤层底板掘进,霍州煤电集团河津腾晖煤业有限责任公司在煤矿综掘工作面使用的掘进设备基础上,研制开发与其配套的托顶煤快速掘进临时支架支护技术及设备,即:托顶煤快速掘进临时支架;它的目的是扩大了顶板临时支护的面积,实现对掘进机截割新裸露顶板的及时支护,方便各种工艺平行作业,保护作业空间内人员及设备的安全,缩短永久支护的作业时间,提高掘进支护作业效率,加快掘进工作面的掘进速度;为了保证施工掘进工作面的工人安全,利用Solidworks软件对制造的托顶煤快速掘进临时支架进行了校核及分析,证明新研制的托顶煤快速掘进临时支架是安全和可靠性的。

       

      Abstract: The manufacturing technique of the top coal caving in coal mining of the upper and lower gateway in the working face is mainly along the coal seam bottom plate excavation. On the basis of the tunneling equipment used in the comprehensive tunneling face, our mine has developed the supporting technology and equipment of temporary support for rapid tunneling of top coal, that is, temporary support for rapid tunneling of top coal. Its purpose is to expand the area of temporary roof support, to realize the timely support of the new exposed roof cut by the roadheader, facilitate the parallel operation of various processes, protect the safety of personnel and equipment in the working space, shorten the operation time of permanent support, improve the efficiency of tunneling support work, accelerate the tunneling face tunneling speed. In order to ensure the safety of the workers in the tunneling face, the temporary support for rapid tunneling of top coal manufactured by SolidWorks software is checked and analyzed, which proves that the newly developed temporary support for rapid tunneling of top coal is safe and reliable.
