煤矿全液压自动加杆装置的开发与应用

Development and application of full hydraulic automatic drill pipe adding device

  • 摘要: 研制开发了针对在用钻机的全液压自动加杆装置。介绍了装置的结构及工作原理,对核心部件及机构进行了分析。通过在淮北矿业祁南煤矿的试验表明:该装置能与现有在用钻机快速集成,单根钻杆加接仅需35 s左右,能有效的保障加杆人员在施工过程中的安全性,大大降低了其劳动强度,为现有大批量在用钻机提供了自动化升级方案。
    Abstract: A full hydraulic automatic drill pipeadding device for drilling rigs in use is developed. The paper introduces the structure and working principle of the device, the core components and mechanism are analyzed. The experiment in Huaibei Qinan Coal Mine, Anhui Province proves that the device can be quickly integrated with drilling rig in use, and the process of adding one drill pipe only takes about 35 s. The device can guarantee the safety of the workers during drilling and reduce their labour strength greatly. In addition, it provides an automation upgrade scheme for the drilling rigs in use.
