新型瓦斯抽采钻孔保压封孔技术

    A new pressure maintaining and sealing technology for gas drainage borehole

    • 摘要: 封孔工艺与封孔参数是制约钻孔瓦斯抽采效果的关键因素,通过分析巷道和钻孔围岩应力与裂隙分布特征,给出了瓦斯抽采钻孔封孔位置与封孔压力的基本原则。结合“两堵一注”封孔装置存在漏浆“三角区”的缺陷,设计了1款新型保压注浆封孔装置,通过将注浆管、回浆管以及瓦斯抽采管进行一体化设计,提高了封孔囊袋的气密性与注浆压力。现场工业性实验表明:与传统聚氨酯及“两堵一注”封孔工艺相比,在钻孔投抽30 d后,瓦斯抽采浓度分别提高32.98%和11.94%,钻孔瓦斯抽采纯量分别提高47.1%和19.05%;钻孔投抽60 d后,抽采浓度分别提高105.96%和50.30%,钻孔瓦斯抽采纯量分别提高120.0%和37.5%。

       

      Abstract: Sealing technology and sealing parameters are the key factors that restrict the effect of drilling gas extraction, the basic principle of the sealing location and sealing pressure of gas drainage borehole are given by analyzing the distribution characteristics of stress and cracks in the surrounding rock of roadways and boreholes. Combining with the defect of “triangular area” of slurry leakage in the “two plugging and one injection” sealing device, a new type of pressure maintaining grouting sealing device is designed, which integrates the grouting pipe, the grout return pipe and the gas drainage pipe to improve the air tightness and grouting pressure of the sealed bag. Field industrial experiments show that compared with traditional polyurethane and the “two plugs and one injection” sealing process, the gas extraction concentration increased by 32.98% and 11.94%, and the gas extraction volume increased by 47.1% and 19.05%, respectively, after 30 days of borehole pumping. After 60 days of borehole pumping, the extraction concentration was increased by 105.96% and 50.30%, and the gas extraction volume was increased by 120.0% and 37.5%, respectively.
