Abstract:
In order to solve the optimization problem of internal dump and haulage system in the first mining area of Zhundong Open-pit Coal Mine, and to increase the coal production quantity and reduce the cost of internal dump and haulage system, according to the mining conditions of the west end slope of Zhundong Open-pit Coal Mine, the problems existing in the mining of the west end slope and the inner drainage transportation system are analyzed in detail. The single ring inner drainage scheme of coal seam, single ring inner drainage scheme of rock strata and double ring inner drainage scheme are proposed. Based on the economy and time benefit, the optimal internal drainage transportation system in the mining process of side mining is selected. The results show that the double-ring inner drainage scheme can effectively avoid the problem of heavy truck descending caused by too large height difference, reduce the end side road on a coal seam, increase the coal resource recovery, and realize the end-slope mining, with remarkable economic, time and safety benefits.
