准东露天煤矿靠帮开采过程中高段内排运输系统优化

    Optimization of high section inner drainage and transportation system in end-slope mining in Zhundong Open-pit Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 为了解决准东露天煤矿首采区西端帮靠帮开采过程中内排运输系统优化问题,达到增加煤炭采出量和降低内排运输系统成本,根据准东露天煤矿西端帮的开采条件,对西端帮靠帮开采和内排运输系统存在问题进行详细分析;提出了煤层靠帮单环内排方案、岩层靠帮单环内排方案和双环内排方案,基于经济和时间效益选出最优靠帮开采过程中内排运输系统方案。结果表明:双环内排方案搭桥,有效避免了高差过大引起的重车下行问题,而且减少了1条煤层上的端帮路,增加了煤炭资源的采出,实现了靠帮开采,经济、时间和安全效益较为显著。

       

      Abstract: In order to solve the optimization problem of internal dump and haulage system in the first mining area of Zhundong Open-pit Coal Mine, and to increase the coal production quantity and reduce the cost of internal dump and haulage system, according to the mining conditions of the west end slope of Zhundong Open-pit Coal Mine, the problems existing in the mining of the west end slope and the inner drainage transportation system are analyzed in detail. The single ring inner drainage scheme of coal seam, single ring inner drainage scheme of rock strata and double ring inner drainage scheme are proposed. Based on the economy and time benefit, the optimal internal drainage transportation system in the mining process of side mining is selected. The results show that the double-ring inner drainage scheme can effectively avoid the problem of heavy truck descending caused by too large height difference, reduce the end side road on a coal seam, increase the coal resource recovery, and realize the end-slope mining, with remarkable economic, time and safety benefits.
